March 25, 2025: The excitement of witnessing Jacqueline Fernandez’s electrifying performance at the IPL ceremony in Guwahati has been short lived. Unfortunately, she had to opt out of the event due to her mother’s hospitalization.

Jacqueline Fernandez’s mother, Kim was recently hospitalized, in Mumbai after suffering a heart stroke. The actor has decided to skip her scheduled performance at the IPL ceremony to be with her mother.

According to source close to the actress, “Jacqueline’s mother is still in ICU recovering. The family is waiting for further updates from the doctors. During this challenging time, Jacqueline has chosen to be by her mother’s side.”

Jacqueline was set to perform before the IPL match between Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders in Guwahati. However, she has opted out of the event to take care of her mother.
