February 14, 2025- YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, known as "BeerBiceps," has moved the Supreme Court seeking relief from multiple FIRs filed against him in various states. The cases stem from controversial remarks made during the now-deleted YouTube reality show India’s Got Latent, hosted by comedian Samay Raina. Fearing arrest by the Guwahati police, who have already issued summons, Allahbadia has also sought anticipatory bail. Through his lawyer Abhinav Chandrachud, son of former Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, he has petitioned the court to club the FIRs together.

The plea was mentioned before Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna, who declined an immediate hearing, stating that a date had already been assigned. Justice Khanna advised Allahbadia’s legal team to approach the court registry for further details.
