The incident occurred at Jirighat Kadamtila in Cachar, Assam, where a group of masked miscreants set fire to the house of a woman named Saira Bibi.



The attack took place late at night, with the perpetrators wearing black cloth over their faces and wielding guns.



According to eyewitnesses, a group of 10-12 individuals stormed the house, setting it ablaze. The police were promptly informed and arrived at the scene to initiate an investigation.



The victim's family members have identified two suspects, but the police are yet to apprehend anyone involved in the incident.



A case has been registered, with the victim's family alleging the involvement of Babul Haque and Shahid Laskar, both from the same village. The police are currently investigating the matter, but no arrests have been made so far.
