The CBI had arrested Ghosh and three others, identified as Biplav Singha, Suman Hazra and Afsar Ali Khan, in connection with the case. A special CBI court in Kolkata on Tuesday sent all four accused to CBI custody for eight days. The four accused will be produced before the court again on September 10.
