April 26, 2023: Kedarnath Temple has been decorated with flower garlands of different varieties and traditional Assamese Japi.



The Japi has been hanged at the entrance doors of the temple.



Japi is a representation of the traditional craftsmanship and heritage of Assam. It is made of tightly woven bamboo or cane and tokou paat (Trachycarpus martianus) a large, palm leaf.



Kedarnath Temple doors got opened on April 25 for the pilgrims.
