The video, recorded by a passerby from a car, quickly went viral on social media platform X, drawing widespread attention.

The short clip shows a busy road where the handcuffed criminal, with a rope tied around his wrist to the constable’s hand, can be seen operating the motorbike. While the accused is without a helmet, the constable, who accompanies him, is seen wearing one. The unusual sight left many viewers in disbelief as it appeared that the constable had entrusted the accused with the responsibility of riding the bike, reportedly because he was feeling too cold to do so himself.
