April 1, 2024: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) informed that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took the names of AAP leaders Atishi and Saurabh Bharadwaj during the interrogation.



Kejriwal was arrested by the ED on March 21 for his alleged involvement in a money laundering case related to Delhi Excise Policy.



During interrogation, Kejriwal said that Vijay Nair did not report to him, he used to report to Atishi and Saurabh Bharadwaj," ASG SV Raju told the Rouse Avenue Court when the arrested Delhi CM was produced after his ED remand came to an end today.

Vijay Nair is one of the arrested accused in the alleged liquor scam. He is the former CEO of events company Only Much Louder (OML) who had been associated with the Aam Aadmi Party. He was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in 2022.



Both the ministers Atishi and Saurabh Bharadwaj were present in the courtroom when the ED's lawyer took their name quoting Kejriwal. Their names were taken in the court for the first time.



Arvind Kejriwal has been sent to judicial custody till April 15.
