January 23, 2024: After the grand pran pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla idol at Ram Temple, Haji Arfat Shaikh, the head of the development committee of the Indo-Islamic Cultural Foundation (IICF) informed that the construction for the new mosque in Ayodhya will begin in May.



As per sources, the mosque, "Masjid Muhammed bin Abdullah," named after Prophet Mohammad. The construction will take three to four years to complete. This name differs from "Babri Masjid," as the disputed structure was called, after the emperor Babur, who established the Mughal Empire.



On January 22nd, Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in the pran pratishtha ceremony of the Ram Lalla idol at Ram Temple in Ayodhya. The pran pratistha ceremony took place from 12:29:03pm to 12.30:35pm. These 84 seconds are believed to be the most sacred of the 48-minute 'Abhijeet muhurat' which occurs once every day between sunrise and sunset.



Many Bollywood celebrities, industrialists, saints, and representatives from other countries are attending the ceremony.
