October 6, 2023: The continuous heavy rainfall wreaked havoc in different parts of Guwahati city in Assam in the wee hours of Friday morning.
Water logging is reported on the roads of Guwahati city for which the public is facing problems. Locals are stuck as flood waters enter their houses.
According to the Regional Meteorological Centre, Guwahati, the rainfall will continue for the next five days.
