May 10, 2022: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma led BJP government has completed one year today.

In order to mark the first anniversary of the BJP government, a public rally will be addressed by Union Home Minister Amit Shah at the Khanapara field in Guwahati today and will inaugurate several projects including Super Speciality Hospital and National Forensic Sciences University.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrived in Guwahati on Sunday night for his three day visit to Assam.

Union Home Minister will also be lay foundation stone of various projects on the day, including Public Auditoriums, Integrated DC Office, Police Commissionarate Building, Guwahati Police Reserve Bhawan today.
