March 5, 2025: In a shocking incident, a driver was brutally murdered by unidentified miscreants in Barshapara, Guwahati. The deceased has been identified as Munu alias Munna Das.

According to initial reports, the victim was allegedly attacked multiple times with a stone before being left on the road. The motive behind the murder remains unclear as police have yet to make any arrests in connection with the case.

Following the incident, local authorities launched an investigation and sent the body to Guwahati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for further examination. Police officials are working to gather evidence and identify those responsible for the gruesome crime.
