March 6, 2025: PM Modi has reached Uttarakhand today with a motive to boost religious tourism, and promote local economy, homestay etc. He was welcomed by CM Pushkar Dhami at the Jolly Grant airport. PM performed prayers at Mukhwa, the winter seat of Maa Ganga.

Following his schedule, he flagged off a trek and a bike rally in Harsil. He addressed a public gathering after that where he talked about his aim of promoting tourism of dev bhumi Uttarakhand.

He also expressed condolences on Chamoli avalanche incident.
