March 29, 2025: In a dramatic and heart warming scene, doctors in Bangkok successfully delivered a baby on the street outside Police General Hospital during a massive earthquake that struck Thailand on Friday.

The mother, who was in the middle of surgery, was hastily evacuated from the hospital along with other patients as the tremors hit. Medical teams quickly sprang into action, carrying the patient outside to a safe place.

Surrounded by healthcare staff, the woman gave birth to a baby boy on a stretcher, as doctors continued to provide medical care amidst chaos.

Both the mother and baby are now in stable condition and are recovering in a hospital room.
