February 2, 2023: A couple was burnt to death after a car in which both of them were travelling caught fire in the middle of the road at Kannur in Kerala on Thursday.

According to sources, at least six persons were travelling on the car. Out of six, four of them managed to escape but the couple who were on the front seat got trapped when the vehicle caught fire.

Reportedly, the victims were age of 35 and 26- years-old. Both of them were resident of Kuttyattoor.

The woman who lost her life was pregnant.

Locals tried to rescue the couple from burning but they failed.
