August 8, 2023: In an unfortunate incident, a boy jumped from the Saraighat Bridge in Guwahati, Assam into the Brahmaputra River on Tuesday.
Reportedly, the boy identified as Khanjay Kumar Das is a resident of Barpeta District.
Police reached the spot and recovered some documents from his bag which was found lying.
However, the search operation is underway.
