February 16, 2025: A shocking incident has sent shockwaves through Ulubari as a man allegedly killed his wife and then surrendered to the police.

The accused, identified as Rubul Sharma, is suspected of murdering his wife, Shreya Bhattacharya, following a heated family dispute. According to sources, he used an iron rod to commit the crime. After the gruesome act, he voluntarily approached the police to confess.

The couple had a two-year-old daughter, who is now left without her mother. Meanwhile, the police have launched an investigation into the case, and preliminary inquiries are underway to ascertain the exact motive behind the crime.
