March 5, 2024: In a recent development, the manager of a Gurugram restaurant was arrested a day after visuals surfaced on social media showing five customers bleeding from their mouth after they allegedly consumed mouth fresheners.

Reportedly, the five customers were hospitalised after the incident. Out of 5, two are in a critical condition.

After receiving the medical test report, the doctor found that they were given dry ice as mouth freshener at Laforestta Cafe.

As per sources, Dry ice is the cooled and condensed form of the gas carbon dioxide, which can lead to cold burns and asphyxiation if consumed by accident.
