March 3, 2025: In a shocking case, the Haryana Police have arrested a man named Sachin for allegedly murdering Congress worker Himani Narwal using a mobile charger cable. The incident took place on February 27 in Vijay Nagar, Rohtak, where the victim lived alone.

According to Krishan Kumar Rao, ADGP, Rohtak Range, the accused and the deceased had met through social media, and Sachin frequently visited her house. On the night of the murder, an argument broke out between them, leading Sachin to strangle Himani Narwal with a mobile charger.

Following the crime, Sachin reportedly looted her jewellery, mobile phone, and laptop before taking them to his mobile shop in Jhajjar. He then packed her body in a suitcase and dumped it in the bushes near the Sampla bus stand.

The police are now investigating the motive behind the murder, including financial transactions between the two. "We will take the remand of the accused, and during interrogation, we will uncover the reason behind their fight and verify all aspects of the case," ADGP Rao stated.

Further investigations are ongoing.
