November 21, 2023: The International Cricket Council board on Tuesday announced that instead of Sri Lanka, South Africa will now host the ICC Under-19 Men’s Cricket World Cup 2024.
The ICC had officially announced that they have suspended Sri Lanka Cricket’s membership of the board with immediate effect due to government interference.
The tournament is set to take place from 13 January to 4 February.
