March 22, 2024: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has withdrawn the petition from the Supreme Court against arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with the Delhi Excise Policy case. Kejriwal had skipped nearly nine ED summons in the case.



Senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi appearing for Kejriwal informed the top court that the AAP supremo is withdrawing the petition as it is clashing with the remand.
