April 27, 2024: 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' fame actor Gurucharan Singh has been missing for the past five days.

The actor's father Hargit Singh has lodged a complaint of missing at the Palam police station in Delhi on Friday.

According to the father’s statement, Singh went missing since April 22 after leaving his Delhi home for Mumbai. He did not land where he was meant to, in Mumbai. He didn't even return home, either. His family then called the police because he was unable to reach his phone.

The actor’s family said, “Before leaving for Delhi, his blood pressure was high and he had undergone a few tests as well. He wasn’t even eating much before he left for Delhi.”

However, after initial investigation, police said that the actor was supposed to catch a flight to Mumbai from Delhi at 8.30 am on April 22. But he did not board the flight. However, Gurucharan Singh's number was active till April 24, through which multiple transactions were done.

The Delhi Police is also scanning the CCTV footage. Further details awaited.
