July 25, 2020: The United States President Donald Trump says he regrets for his tweets. He also admitted that the "retweets" got him in more trouble than his original tweets.

In an interview to a newspaper the US President said that he regretted "too often" for his tweets.

He said that in earlier days, people could write "a letter and let it sit for a day before sending it," which gave them time to reconsider. But, now with Twitter, people don’t have that liberty.

Trump specially said that it was the retweets that get him in more trouble.
