As per reports, out of the 42 new cases, 38 are from Dhubri and 4 from Darang district.



Informing this State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, "Alert ~ 42 new cases of #COVID19

Earlier 85 new cases were confirmed in the state. 21 cases from Barpeta, 21 from Tinsukia, 14 from Dima Hasao, 8 from Dhemaji, 8 Udalguri, 5 Kamrup, 4 Lakhimpur, 3 Kamrup Rural and 1 from Baksa.



It may be stated that he numbers of deaths due to the virus are four in the state whereas three patients have migrated from the state.
