July 30, 2020: The Guwahati railway station has become the new hotspot of Covid 19. Several staff of the parcel department have been tested positive recently.

However, the parcel office at the station is still running with limited staff.

Despite this, no sanitisation is done at the office so far.

The employees fear community infection in the office. Many even have gone for self-quarantine after some of their colleagues were tested positive.
