August 21, 2023: Tropical storm Hilary entered the United States Southern California causing heavy rainfall. Millions of people are under a tropical storm warning.

The storm arrived at the time when the earthquake of magnitude 5.1 hit the South California region on Sunday.

Before the storm hit Southern California, the state proclaimed a state of emergency. Over 7,500 boots are deployed on the ground to protect from the impact of Hurricane Hilary.
