April 12, 2024: A video of a Swiggy delivery man purportedly stealing a pair of shoes which was kept outside a customer's flat in Gurugram went viral on social media.

In the video, the delivery person can be seen making a delivery, stepping away and then again returning to pick up the shoes and leaving after hiding them in a towel. The whole incident was caught on CCTV footage.

Taking to X, the video was shared by a Twitter user Rohit Arora. He added, “Swiggy’s drop and PICK up service. A delivery boy just took my friend’s shoes (@Nike) and they won’t even share his contact.”
