November 14, 2022: A youth identified as Biswajit went missing since October 9, 2022 after returning from his workplace in Guwahati, Assam.

Biswajit was working in a pharmacy in Jayanagar.

His parents have claimed that he has been kidnapped by some miscreants as they have received some threatening messages from Biswajit’s phone. They also said that the kidnappers have demanded a huge amount of Rs 40 Lakhs for his release.

Reportedly, the victim’s parents have lodged a FIR in Dispur Police Station immediately after the incident but it’s been almost a month, there is no result.

They have also written a letter to the Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma pleading to take some immediate actions regarding the matter.

Biswajit’s parents are still waiting for the Kidnappers to release him.
