September 26, 2023: Urpad Beel is a natural lake located at Agia village in Goalpara district of Assam. This beel is also known as Pink Paradise. The best time to visit this location is during winter.



Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said that we are in the process of declaring this beel as a conservation reserve/wildlife sanctuary.



Taking to X, Assam CM said, "Spreading over 500+ hectares, Urpad Beel is a stunning, must see wetland. We are in the process to declare this a conservation reserve/wildlife sanctuary. #AwesomeAssam"
