September 13, 2023: The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) on Tuesday announced that OMR sheets will be introduced for answering objective-type questions in the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examinations 2024 which will be held in February.



According to the notice issued by SEBA, 50 percent of the total marks carrying one mark each will be objective type questions in the core subject. The subjects are English (CI), General Mathematics (C2), General Science (C3) and Social Science (C4). There will be only one OMR sheet in the name of a particular candidate.



For the remaining 50 percent questions, separate answer scripts containing 16 pages will be provided as like before.
