March 15, 2024: A devastating fire broke out at Katigorah in Cachar, Assam on Friday.

Reportedly, the house of a family completely gutted down in the fire in the wee hours of Friday morning. The incident took place at Farida Begum’s house in Khelma.

As per sources, the fire is suspected to have been caused due to short circuit. Locals rushed the spot and tried to bring the situation under control.

However, no casualties were reported.
