November 16, 2023: Triggering sensation after a body of a woman was found under mysterious conditions at Cachar in Assam on Thursday. The deceased has been identified as Tahira Begum.

The victim’s family claimed that the reason behind her death might be dowry. The deceased’s husband used to abuse her both mentally and physically demanding dowry.

The woman was found hanging from a tree behind the backyard of the house. The incident happened near the Dholai area.

However, the victim’s family demanded immediate and strict action against the matter.
