November 14, 2022: A firing broke out between the Indian army and the United Liberation Front of Asom Independent (ULFA - I) on Monday at Pengeri in Tinsukia, Assam.



The Indian Army had suspected that a group of ULFA (I) terrorist residing in the forests of Pengeri.



The road of Pengeri to Digboi has been closed for the locals and travellers after suspecting that an Improved Explosive Devices (IED) has been placed in the road.
