September 11, 2022: In a joint operation carried out by Assam Police and CRPF, fourteen pieces of gold biscuits worth Rs 1.22 Crore have been seized at Laharijan in Karbi Anglong on Sunday.
Reportedly, the gold biscuits were seized from a bus which was travelling to Guwahati from Manipur.
Three persons hailing from Thoubal district of Manipur have been arrested.
