November 15,2022: In a bid to save woman from drowning, five members of family got drowned in Narmada Canal in Kutch, Gujrat on Tuesday.

The incident took place near Gundula village which comes under Pragpur Police station.

The five deceased comprised of two married couples and a teen girl.  

The woman slipped into the canal while  fetching water and five people jumped into the canal in order save her .

The bodies of the deceased have been recovered.
