January 10, 2024: Despite the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in 2024, the much-awaited Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) is likely to start from March 22. The news has been confirmed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

The cricket teams have already finalized their squads after the IPL 2024 auction, which took place in the Cola Arena in Dubai last month.

As per sources, the BCCI secretary Jay Shah and the Union Home Minister Amit Shah are collaborating closely for this mega event to be held successfully in India.
