March 1, 2024: Triggering sensation, several people were injured after an explosion occurred at the Rameshwaram Cafe in Whitefield, Bengaluru on Friday.

Reportedly, the blast likely occurred between 1.30 pm and 2 pm. A woman customer and three staff of the cafe were injured in the blast.

The Whitefield Fire Station said, "We received a call that a cylinder blast occurred in the Rameshawaram cafe. We reached the spot and we are analysing the situation".

As per sources, the injured people have been moved to a nearby hospital for treatment. Further details are awaited.
