October 7, 2024: In a statement aimed at quelling rumors regarding his health, industrialist Ratan Tata reassured the public on Monday afternoon following his admission to the Intensive Care Unit at Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital earlier that day. The 86-year-old business magnate was hospitalized after experiencing a sharp drop in blood pressure.

In an Instagram post, Tata said, “There is no cause for concern. I am aware of recent rumours circulating regarding my health and want to assure everyone that these claims are unfounded. I am currently undergoing medical check-ups due to my age and related medical conditions. I remain in good spirits.”

Tata emphasized the importance of accurate information, requesting that the public and media refrain from spreading misinformation. He expressed gratitude for the well-wishes he has received, stating, “Thank you for thinking of me.”

In addition to his Instagram update, Tata shared a similar message on X, reinforcing his message of reassurance.
