Andhra Pradesh: 5 School Students Missing In Tirupati

November 10, 2022: Tirupati Police have lodged an FIR after 5 student including three girls went missing in Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday morning. The missing girls were students of Annamayya English Medium School in Tirupati.

The FIR has been registered on the basis of the testimony by the parents and school.

The students were identified as Gunashree, Mehtaz, Mounashree and Abdul Rehman- in 10th standard and Atif Hussain in 9th standard. They were last seen at the school at around 8 AM.

The school management authorities said that the four class 10 students wrote the monthly test that was conducted at school in the morning session and had gone home for breakfast. However the school authorities could not confirm the same about the class 9 student.

The matter came to light when the students did not return to school after breakfast and the parents were contacted by the school authorities.

The school authorities and the parents approached the police and lodged a complaint. The police are verifying the facts and checking the CCTV camera that was installed in the school premises.
