September 18, 2023: A newly-wed woman was found dead in Guwahati, Assam on Monday.
Reportedly, the woman was found hanging inside her rented house where she had been living with her husband for three years. The incident took place in the South Sarania area.
The deceased’s family alleged that she had been murdered by her husband. The husband has been identified as Shabdar Hasmi Saikia.
