January 23, 2024: In a tragic road accident, a woman and her one and half-year-old son were killed in Moran, Assam on Tuesday after a two-wheeler vehicle was hit by an unidentified vehicle.

Reportedly, the incident occurred when the couple along with their two children were travelling from Sivasagar to Moran on a bike. The deceased Jyotsna Begum and her son lost their lives at the accident spot.

On the other hand, the deceased’s husband Abidur Rahman and the daughter were critically injured. However, both of them are currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Moran.

Police investigation is on and further details awaited.
