November 11, 2022: A dead body was recovered near the railway lines of Jopobari in Biswanath Chariali, Assam on Friday morning lying under mysterious circumstances.

The deceased has been identified as Prahlad Munda.

Reportedly, Prahlad had been missing since Sujit Debnath who works as a Gate keeper for Railway gate number RM 142 asked Prahlad to come and work for him. The next morning gateman Sujit asked Prahlad’s son to come upon and drag Prahlad’s dead body from a pond, then Sujit scolds Prahlad’s son and asked him to take the dead body far away. Later, Prahlad’s son dragged the body a little further and left the body near the railway track.

Locals have claimed that it is Sujit who murdered Prahlad.
