August 14, 2020: A fatal road accident in Sonitpur’s Khanamukh led to death of two persons on Thursday night.

As per reports, the two deceased along with two others - who were critically injured – were on their way to Jamaguri in a pickup van when the accident took place. The pickup van they were travelling in was on full speed and crashed with a truck parked beside the road.

The deceased have been identified as Kapil Kurmi and Swapnadeep Karmakar whereas the injured are namely Jamuna Goraik and Raja Goraik who was immediately admitted to hospital.
