July 8, 2022:  The Royal Aawas Guwahati was awarded winner by Kaushal Kishore, the Minister of State for Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs,GOI, in the category of Best Affordable EWS/LIG Housing Project in the state of Assam.

The programme PMAY-EMPOWERING INDIA AWARDS 2022 was held on July 8, 2022 in Delhi.

The prestigious award’s jury committee involves people related to CSIR, CBRI, CSIR, NHB, HUDCO, DDA, L&T, NICMAR, NBCC and CPWD.

The award was received by Rohit Pansari, Director Royal Estate Developers.

Earlier, in 2019, the Royal Aawas Tezpur had also received the Prestigious Award for Best Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Project in Lower Income Group (LIG) category.
