January 12, 2021: Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sharma claims he knows everything about the Congress' plans.

Talking to reporters, Sharma said "I was in Congress for 22 years. I still have good rapport with many in Congress. I have details of who will be president, members of Congress' election committee and manifesto committee."

On being asked is more Congress leader will be joining the BJP, he informed that presently there's no plan to induct any other Congress leader. He said that anyone joining the party for ideology is welcome, but the door is already shut for those joining with hope of ticket.

He further claimed that BJP will win Titabor, Mariani and Debabrata Saikia will lose Nazira.

He also advised AJP and Raijor Dal to go to villages and strengthen organisationa; strength in stead of organising joining programmes before media.

Sharma also advised Lurinjyoti Gogoi and others not to get swayed by the overhyped media reports. Taking a dig at the AJP, he lamented that the party lacks leaders.
