July 10, 2020: The number of COVID-19 cases is rampantly on the rise in Guwahati as 355 more tested positive in the city alone on Thursday.
Taking to Twitter Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma informed, “Alert ~ 568 new #COVID19 patients recorded in Assam today, with 355 patients from Guwahati City alone.
I advise Ghy people not to panic & take proper care

Deaths 27

The total COVID-19 cases now stand at 14600 out of which 5423 are active cases whereas 9147 have recovered and 3 have migrated.
On the other hand the death toll has risen to 27 in the state with 5 deaths on Thursday.
