July 26, 2020: The city of Guwahati has reported 353 new COVID-19 positive cases on Saturday.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in Guwahati now stands at 13860.
It may be stated that the total number of COVID-19 cases in the state stands at 31086 - out of which 7951 are active cases.
Informing this Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “Alert ~ 1165 new #COVID19 cases detected in Assam today, with 353 incidents recorded from Guwahati and 100 from Golaghat

On the other hand a total of 23055 patients have recovered successfully – including 1294 on Sunday whereas the death toll has risen to 77 in the state with one new death on Saturday night.
