February 13, 2021: Operation to rescue labourers trapped in Chandrapur landslide is still going on even after 10 hours of the mishap. Two workers were killed in the tragedy.

While 7 labourers were rescued from under the soil, several others are still feared to be trapped.

The tragedy struck when the labourers were digging a tunnel of the railway. Suddenly, the landslide occurred that buried the workers under it.

The other workers immediately started efforts to rescue them and the administration too joined them.

Journalist of DY365 Kandarpa Kalita, who was at the spot to cover the tragedy was also injured.
