June 10, 2020: The total number of COVID-19 cases in Assam has risen to 2397 as 73 new positive cases were reported on Wednesday.

Out of the 42 cases, 19 from Nagaon, 16 from Kokrajhar, 2 from Jorhat, 1 from Dhemaji.

Informing this State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, "Alert - 42 new #COVID19 cases reported.
