September 6, 2023: Amid controversy over Sanatan Dharma, a city Louisville in Kentucky, United States has declared September 3 as the “Sanatan Dharma Day”.



According to some reports, the official announcement was made by Deputy Mayor Barbara Sexton Smith on behalf of Mayor Craig Greenberg during the Maha Kumbha Abhishekam celebration at the Hindu Temple of Kentucky in Louisville.

Spiritual leaders Chidanand Saraswati, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman and several other spiritual leaders attended the event.





A few days ago, Udhayanidhi Stalin, the son of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, said to eradicate the Sanatan Dharma and compared it with diseases like dengue and malaria.
