Apart from the Oxford University, many countries too had accused Russian spy agencies of stealing the vaccine research information.



The US, UK and Canada had on Thursday said that a hacking group APT29 having its link to Russian spy agency had targeted the organisations involved in Covid-19 vaccine research.
